Fighting Ageism in the Workplace (and why we need to) with Ashton Applewhite

Age can be a subtle topic, but we’ve noticed both through reading and observation that it is an area that can be ripe for discrimination and judgement and we thought this would be a great episode to help raise awareness and help us think about how we can be allies fighting against ageism, especially in the workplace.
